DEPTH OF THE BAR. The depth of the bar and river at high water yesterday was: —Bar, 22ft. 6in.; river, 21ft. 6ins. ARRIVED. July 10—Kalingo, s.s, 1154 tons (Benton), 9.15 p.m., from Wanganui. SAILED. July 10. —Kartigi, s.s, 1154 tons (Ruxton), 5.15 p.m., for New Plymouth. July 10. —Kiwitea, s.s., 1169 tons (Dalgleish), 5.25 p.m., for Wellington. IN "PORT. Karepo, Kaimiro, Kalingo. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Rata, Wellington, to-day. Poolta, early. Kiwitea, early. PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Kaimiro, Auckland, to-night. Karepo, Melbourne and Adelaide, Tuesday. Rata, Tarakohe and Wanganui, early Kalingo, Westport, early.
OTHER PORTS. SYDNEY, July 10. Sailed: Marama fpr Auckland. SHIPPING~NOTES. The Rata is due to-night from Wellington, via Nelson and Tarakohe, with general cargo. After discharge she loads coal for Tarakohe and Wanganui. The Kalingo arrived last night to load timber, sailing to-night for Westport, to complete for Sydney. The Kaimiro sails to-night, coal laden, for Auckland. The Karepo is due ter sail on Tuesday, with timber, for Melbourne and Adelaide.
The Kiwitea is due next Friday from Wellington, to load coal for Auckland.
Tho Poolta is due on Thursday from Gisborne to load coal for Wellington and Miramar.
