“KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING’’ [PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, November 14. Henry Laidlow Turnbull, at present a resident of Auckland, was to-day fined £2O and £5, on charges of failure to provide returns of income for the years 1929, and 1930. The Crown suggested that defendant who did not appear, was a shrewd business man who knew what he was doing.
