Arrivals, at Colon, Mahana; at London, Port Denison. —Departures, from Malta, Esperance Bay, from Panama, Port Gisborne; from London, Karamea, from Balboa, Tainui; from Suez, Mahia. SHIPPING NOTES. The Kaimiro leaves to-day, if tho bar permits, with timber for Melbourne, via Hobart direct. The Kalingo is due on Friday to load a cargo of timber for Sydney. The Kahika is due to sail to-day, if tho bar permits, with coal for Wellington. The Alexander leaves Wellington today for Nelson, Westport and Greymouth with general cargo. After discharge she loads coal for Nelson and Picton.

The Orepuki leaves Lyttelton today for Nelson, Westport and Greymouth with general cargo. After discharge she loads coal for Onakaka.

The Rata returns from Wellington about Saturday, October 4, to load coal for Wanganui. The Kaitoa leaves Onehunga on Friday, October 3, for Nelson, Westport and Greymouth with general cargo.

Tho Totara is due this afternoon from New Plymouth, and will load coal for return to New Plymouth. The Kaimai arrived in the roadstead this morning from Hokianga to load coal and timber for Wellington. The Rata is due to sail to-night with coal for Onakaka and timber for Petone.

The Kamona is due to sail by tomorrow morning’s tide for Wellington and Gisborne. Tho Kanna arrived in the roadstead from Auckland, via Westport, this morning, and should enter the harbour to-night. Ths vessel loads coal for Auckland.

The Kaponga is due on Friday from Lyttelton to load coal and timber for Wellington and Auckland.
