UNION TO BE SUED. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION - .! WELLINGTON, August 23. Tho Wellington Rugby Union is not yet free of Test troubles for the season. It ha.s to face another one in an action which is being brought by Gerald Bell, who is suing for' £74 odd, money lost because his all night “waiters” in tho queue at Athletic Park, were deprived of their places, allegedly through the Union’s officials not having taken precautions to preserve the “first come first served” order in tho queue. Tho Rugby Union’s position, it is stated, is (hat it never undertook to ,supervise (lie queue, and was only concerned in selling on the first c.omctiist 'served system at the box oilice.
