COMPULSORY BATHS
KEEPING POLES CLEAN
WARSAW, August 1
The Home Minister is drafting a Bill ordering every Pole to bathe at least once a month. 'Those under ten and over 60 will be excused, also those possessing own bathrooms, where it can be taken for granted that they are used.
The newspapers declare that the new law is due to the machinations of soap manufacturers.
