WAIUTA NOTES

Mrs C. Cole, who has. been spending a few days in Greymouth, will return to-day.
Mrs Broderick (Wallsend) is spending a few days in Waiuta as the guest of Mrs Cole.
Mr Sara (Reefton) was a visitor to Waiuta this week. The Waiuta Maori Concert Party had aii ehjoyable time at "Blackball, and are highly pleased with the reception accorded .them. All the items were applauded and the coloured lighting effects were spectacular. At the conclusion of the performance, supper war, handed round by a committee of ladies, and was much appreciated.
, The Maori Concert Party comprised the following:—Mrs Scott, Misses L. Thorn, E. Hampton, H. Kirby, J. Cameron, K. Crowe, H. Nitsche, M. Meridith, J. Collins, and Messrs J. Green, W. Staples, and R. Davis: The following will represent the Waiuta Rugby Club on Sunday at Waiuta.---Page, Stephens z (2), Burns, Byrne, White, Saunders, Davis, Pearce, Cameron, Chandler, Rulo, Jones, Ivey, Tighe.
