Legal action is to be taken against Mr. Theodore, following the finding of the Chillagoe-Mungana Royal Commission.

Premier Moore advised Mr. Theodore of the Government’s intentions. Legal advice as to the practicability of criminal action has not yet been received, but if this is unfavourable, civil proceedings will be taken.
