Stops, of London, organiser, for the Women’s Institute movement, who at the instance of the_Farmers’- or-, has come to New Zea-; land to establish branches, has arrived here, after starting at -Murchison,- Ikamatua, and other West Coast localities. ..Mrs SRops will give a . demonstration on Friday at 2 p.m. at the Town ftall Committee room of the handicrafts and other methods of home-building which the Institute is fostering in various countries. All interested will be welcome. The Women’-s Institute is a constructive organisation, and has valuable lessons to impart 'to people who desire to make good homes for.themselves.
