XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Cobden Town Board, held on the 2nd day of JUNE, 1930, a Resolution was passed t'> amend the By-laws of the Cobden Town Board,’ by rescinding Sub-section (3) of the Building By-law Number 181, and substituting therefor the following By-law:— 181 (3) That no dwelling house shall be erected within the Township on any parcel of land containing an area of less than 20 perches, and having a frontage to some public or private street of less than 50 feet, and no permit shall be granted for the erection of any dwelling on any parcel of land having less than the dimensons herein specified.

The said amending By-law will be submitted to the Town Board for confirmation at a, meeting of the Board to be held on the 30th day of .> uNE, 1930, and, if confirmed, shall come into force on the 9th day of JULY, 1930. A copy of the proposed amendment has been deposited at. the Office of the Board in Fox Street, Cobden, and may be inspected at any time during the office hours prior to the said 30th day of 1930. E.
