It is understood that the Rt. Hon. Ben Turner ■will shortly retire from the Ministry, and that ho will be succeeded by Major A. T. Lee or Mr. Vernon Hartshorn, both of whom are members of the Simon Commission. It is rumoured that tho Rt. lion. Noel Buxton, member of the Cabinet, has been designated for an important colonial post, which will soon be becoming vacant.
