FRESH FLOODS FEARED
PRECAUTIONS AT BORDEAUX (By Cable—Press Asau.—Copyright.) PARIS, March 13. Incessant rains have been falling in the Lower Pyrenees Mountains, and they have caused fears of fresh floods. All of the rivers are again swollen, and many torrents have broken their banks. The River Garonne is ten feet above normal at many points, and has overflowed on to the quays at Agen. A dyke has been built to protect the Bordeaux quays. Three hundred soldiers are strengthening the bank of the river above the city.
