Disturbed conditions are again ruling in South China, owing to the amalgamation of the Kw-ansi rebels with General Chang Fat Kw-ei’s ironsides, who threaten an invasion of Kwangtung. The Cantonese claim victories, and that the capture of rebel headquarters is imminent, but the situation is uncertain.
