Sekolnikoff, Monseiur Goelson, attache, confirmed that the Soviet was anxious that the question of representatives to the Dominions should be discussed immediately with Mr Henderson, but it is not yet known whether the appointments have been made, or what form they will take. M. Goelson says that Moscow is particularly anxious that the representatives be trade officials, as the Soviet is anxious of expanding the Dominion trade.
