13 KILLED—4O INJURED. (By Cable—Press Assn.—Copyright.), (Received December 4, 8 a.m.) VANCOUVER, December 3. At Norfolk (Virginia) thirteen were killed and forty injured when a. New York bound excursion train, striking a split rail, left the tracks. Three cars were telescoped.
