Describing herself as a writer of dramatic compositions, Katherine Burke Sherman has filed a two hundred thousand dollar suit against R. E. Sheriff, the playwright, Gilbert Miller, the produced, Morris Brown, the theatrical agent, and Brent Amos, of the Incorporated Publishers, over the play “Journey’s End.” The complainant alleges that “Journey’s End” ' infringes her three act play, “Flags and Flowers,” bearing ‘a similarity both in theme and the dialogue. 1.
