“The indications are for northerly winds, strong to gale, and after about 16 hours, backing by west to south. Stormy weather, with heavy rain, may be expected. There are indications for electrical disturbances. Expect mild conditions for about 24 hours', when it will become very cold. Barometei' falling, but will rise after about 24 hours. Seas heavy and tides high.”
