(Our Own Correspondent). The meeting called for last week for the Aero Club had to be postponed on account of sickness, influenza being very prevalent in the district. Mr L. Redway, of the railway staff left during the week on transfer to Rangiora. Mr E. C. Langden has taken his place. A working bee was held on behalf of the Coursing Club in the week-end, and 500 stakes were cut for the Plumpton. The combined School Committee met Ngahere and Nelson Creek Committees regarding ahfihlgamated school at Waimaunga, both committees promising to do all in their power to help the project.
