ARREST ON FRONTIER.

(Times Cables.)

LONDON, May 10

A message from Kovno states that a student named Vasilius has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the attack on Premier Valdemaras, with several others. He was attempting, with others, to enter Poland when confronted by Lithuanian frontier guards. They refused to halt and bombs were thrown and revolvers fired. Vasilius fell wounded, but the others escaped.
