TOUCH JUDGES
(To the Editor.)
Sir,-—“Volant’s” remarks re touch judges prompt me to ask him. to answer the following questions bearing on same.
(1) Define neutral touch judges? (2) If one flag is waved across the body and the other is raised above the head, and neutral touch judges are behind what decision must the referee give? (3) If only one flag signals a goal ad the referee is positive a goal has not been scored, what must he do? “Volant,” the burning question is, Can the referee over-rule the touch judges. I think that is the decision the delegates to the Centre are wanting to know..
