ARRESTS ON AORANGI

Two men and one woman, thirdclass passengers by the Aorangi, were placed under technical arrest on the arrival of the steamer here, on cabled instructions from * Australia. It is reported that they are suspected of having in their possession stolen naval plans. The greatest secrecy marked the investigations made by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and naval officers from the Esquimalt Naval Station,
The three people were searched, but it has not been revealed whether anything was found.
