FIRE IN JAPAN, (Australian Press Association.) (By Cable —Preus Assn. —Copyright.) TOKIO, March 15. Troops were called out to assist the firemen to suppress a conflagration at Jssioka, a town north-east of Tokio. The fire took place during a violent gale, which raged all night long. Twelve hundred houses were burned, as well as the post office. No casualties are reported. BOY SCOUTS. LONDON, March 15. The Prince of Wales will participate in the Boy Scouts’ world jamboree at Birkenhead in July and August, in celebration of the movement’s coming of age.. Thirty thousand boys from forty-two nations will attend the main camp, and twenty thousand the other auxiliary camp in the vicinity. The combined forces will take part in a great parade and a special rally on August 2.
