An extraordinary incident occurred at Daly’s Theatre, Leicester Square, in the midst of the performance.

A man. with a revolver, and in evening dress, suddenly hold up the gallery pay office girl, and demanded the money taken that evening. The girl screamed and dropped below the level of the grill to escape, the expected shot. The man fled to a waiting motorcar and escaped.
