A devastating bush fire is now sweeping the major portion of Victoria. There is tremendous damage to fences, grass and property in Gippsland. Farrell, carrier, was driving a wagon loaded with petrol, when flames set fire to the wagon. Farrell liberated the horses before the exploding petrol shattered the vehicle.
