The ex-Kaiser, •instead of sending congratulations, immediately posted a sharp for not christening them Frederick the Great and Wilhelm the Great Evidently the missive was one of the ex Kaiser’s notorious impetuosities, tor ■the next day he sent off a courier to try and intercept it before delivery. The courier arrived half a day late, -and the only result of his journey was to emphasise the indiscretion .
