The wool sales were resumed today, being the third series, and all sections of the trade competed strongly, notably France, Germany, Russia and Japhn. The market was very firm. Prices were unchanged, although finer descriptions of merino showed a hardening tendency. Greasy merino sold to 282 pence, equalling the highest price this season. BRADFORD WOOL SALES. ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE.

At the Arahurd yards yesterday 103 head of fat cattle and a pen of fat sheep. Were submitted to a full bench of buyers who competed keenly for the various lots submitted. The quality of the yarding was quite good, particularly that of Mr W. F. Diedrichs, Whose entry of bullocks averaged £lB, the top price being £l9 7/6; Ox beef made from 48/- to 52/per hundred, heifer beef 42/6 to 47/4, and cow beef to 40/- per hundred. Messrs W. Jeffries and Co. sold as follow’: —On account Messrs W.
