On the left is the wrong method of walking. Toes turned out cause the body to roll. Next is the right way with thigh, knee-cap and big toe in line. Second from the right is another wrong method, as the heel should not touch the ground first. The correct way is shown on the right, where the heel and sole touch the ground together, with the foot slightly bent outward.
