TOLLEY’S SUCCESS. 1 PARIS, September 27. The French open golf championship resulted: Tolley 283, Kinch 284, Cotton 286. The next highest were W. E. R. Whitcombe 286, Boomer, Jolly .ana Duncan 287. " Tolley is the first amateur winner.
