NEW YORK, August 28.

Using eighteen armored cars through busy but heavily guarded streets, the Chase National Bank completed the transfer of £600,000,000 in cash and securities without the loss of a penny. The transfer was made from its old quarters in Lower Broadway to the new building on Pine and Nassau streets.
