AIANAWATU LADIES’. (Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., September 14. The Alanawatu Ladies’ Golf Championship to-day was won by Miss D. Chrystal (Christchurcfli), who beat Aliss E. Culling (Auckland) in the final after a close contest. Airs H. Collinson, New Zealand champion, was eliminated in the semi-final by Miss Chrystal .

In the final of the Hokowhitu Handicap. Airs D. Collins (IWairarapa) beat Airs Tareha of NapierHAWKE’S BAY CHAMPIONSHIP. .WELLINGTON, September 14. At Napier, playing superb golf gave H. B. Lusk, of Auckland, a lead of seven up in the first round _of the Hawke’s Bay Golf Championship, ovei C. S. GeddesLATER. Lusk won the Championship with 11 up and 10 to go. ,
