PRISONERS SENTENCED

NAPIER COURT DECISIONS

(Per Press Association.)

NAPIER, August 14. The following were sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day:— Henry Edward Duncan Phillips, false pretences, 12 months in gaol. George Perry, sheepstealing, two years’ reformative detention. William Francis Thomas Rundle, bank clerk, theft of money, two years’ reformative treatment.

Frederick Burns, theft of beer, one month in gaol.
