AUSTRALIAN VISIT.
LONDON, August 13
Tho English cricketers will be sailing for Australia on September 15, 'aboard the Otranto, the damage to which in Hie recent collision is insufficient to postpone her sailing. Hobbs, Tate, Larwood and Hammond, all engaged in newspaper activities, were called before the M.C.C. Committee, before selection, and cau'tioned that any reference to the probable composition of England’s Eleven, would be an infringement, and would •prejudice their- own chances. Each was warned to discontinue references thereto, though they were permitted to continue general cricket articles on the specific understanding that they refrained from mention of the tests.
