SHIPPING NOTES. The Kartigi sailed yesterday afternoon, with timber, for Sydney and Melbourne. The Kanna is due to-night from Oamaru to load coal for Auckland. ThO Kaiapoi is due to-morrow from .Napier, to load coal and poles for New Plymouth, Napier and Wellington. The Kamona is due on Wednesday from Wellington, to take coal, timber and general cargo for return. After overhaul at Auckland the Piri will load explosives for Greymoutuh. The Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia left Clarence River on Thursday, with a full load of hardwood for Dunedin. After discharge she will go to Greymouth to load timber for Australia. The Kaimai is due about Thursday, to load coal for Wellington. The Balls Head is due from Auckland about Saturday next to take a return cargo of coal. The Titoki arrived from Onakaka yesterday afternoon, and sailed early this morning with coal for Wanganui. The Regulus sailed early this morning with coal for Nelson. The Parera leaves Wellington to-day for Greymouth direct, sailing thence to Westport to load coal for New Plymouth. The Alexander leaves Wellington on Tuesday for Greymquth, where she is to load coal for Nelson. The Kalingo is expected to sail tonight with timber for Sydney. The Gabriella is due at Greymouth on August 20, to load timber for Melbourne. The Ihumata is due from Napier on August 21, to take a timber cargo to Sydney.
