(Received June 22, 11 a.m.) NEWCASTLE, June 22. A dreadful outrage was committed on a boy last night. The boy, aged 7 years, was sent to buy a newspaper, when a man, with whiskers enticed him into .a lane, where he brutally outraged him, and then beat him until black and blue with his belt. •>
