EX-COASTERS’ CLUB MEETING

CHRISTCHURCH, March 23

The annual general meeting of the exWest Coast Rugby League Club was held in the Y.M.C.A. last evening. The Chairman, in moving the adoption of the report and balance-sheet, congratulated the members on their satisfactory showing last season. The balancesheet showed a good credit balance. The following officers were elected: Patron: J. Dore; President: G. Hunter; Chairman: H. W. Lawrence; Committee; 11. W. Lawrence, A. Wylie, E. Wickes, S. Snow; Honorary Secretary: A. Wylie. It was decided to enter a senior and junior team. The Chairman said there were good prospects of having a sixth grade team in the competitions. MARIST LEAGUE CLUB. The annual meeting of the Marist Rugby League Club will be held on Sunday morning, to which members and intending members are invited to be present, as the business is of importance to all connected with the Club.
