Wanganui: Calm, temp. 61, blue sky, tkjes poor, sea smooth; Wellington: N.N.W. breeze, temp. 65, blue sky; Westport: S.W. breeze, 60, blue sky, tides poor, sea smooth; Arthur’s Pass: Calm, 50, blue sky; Christchurch: Light westerly wind, 51, blue sky; Dunedin: Calm, 60, overcast, tides moderate; Bluff: Calm, 57, overcast, hazy, tides and sea moderate, light rain last night. WEATHER FORECAST. “The indications are. for westerly winds, moderate to strong. There is a prospect of fait to cloudy weather, with scattered showers, chiefly in southern parts. Barometer little movement. Sea and tides moderate.”
