(Our Own Correspondent.) The friends of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Burger, late of Kumara, but now residing at Paroa, will regret to learn of the serious l illness of their eldest daughter, Margaret. t Mr. R. S. Langford, accompanied by Mr. J. A. Murdoch of Hokitika, were in Kumara yesterday on business in connection with the proposed electric lighting scheme.
