FRANCE BOYCOTT OLYMPIAD. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) • PARIS, July 21. Following on the Senate adjourning the question of the necessary vote of credit to the French Olympic Committee, tire Committee has decided that France will not participate in the Amsterdam Games. Moreover, the Federation of Sports Associations has decided to prohibit its members from in any why assisting in the organisation of the Games. LATER. There is an outcry at France’s nonparticipation in the Olympic Games, and there is strong hope that Parliament will vote the funds in October.
