GOVERNMENT “VICTORY.” 'Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) BUCHAREST, July 8. The Roumanian election returns indicate that M. Bratiano’s new Liberal Governmeit has scored an overwhelming victory, gaining 328 seats. The National Peasants’ Party have 46 seats. M. Mitnorities bloc has 14 seats. M. Bratiano’s Party had only 15 seats in the last Parliament.
