DIVORCE SUIT FAILS. 'Australian arid N.Z. Cable Association.) PRAGUE. July 10. A divorce petition believed to be unprecedented, is engaging the court’s attention. A soldier aged 28. who was blinded in the war, is seeking a decree against Itis blind wife, aged 48, on the ground that she deceived him regarding her age and appearance. He alleges that she claimed to be .voting and beautiful, whereas lie has been'told that she is very ugly. The wife replied that the husband, before marriage, felt her face and adjudged her attractive, but he is now influenced by her enemies’ calumnies. The Court dismissed the petition on the ground of inadequate reason. The husband is now appealing.
