A Fijian Rugby football team will visit Auckland during August, returning the visit the Auckland University footballers had to Fiji last season. Bland has been selected to complete the Rugby Union team to tour England. The Rugby Union has appointed Wallace as captain of the team to tour Britain and France. Fox was appointed vice-captain. SCRUM REGULATIONS. LONDON, June 13. The International Rugby Union Board made it illegal to play more than three in the front row of the scrum, but referees will not penalise unless a breach is wilful and persistent. The Board also decided to permit scrum halves to call out how the ball is being put in. These decisions apply to all games in the British Isles.
