The Kaituna sailed last night for Melbourne and Adelaide, timber laden. The Parera is expected to sail tonight for Waikokupu and Gisborne, timber laden. The Kamona is scheduled to sail this evening with coal and timber for New Plymouth and Auckland. The Poolta is expected to sail on Saturday with coal, timber and general cargo for Wellington. The Kaimai sails this evening with coal for Wellington. The Kaitangata is loading timber for Sydney, and is expected to sail about the middle of next week. The Regulus sail to-night for Nelson with a cargo of coal. The Waimea arrived last night from Wellington, via Nelson and Westport, with general cargo. After discharge she loads for Nelson. The Orepuki leaves Onehunga on Tuesday for Nelson, Westport and Greymouth with,general cargo. The Gabriella is due from Wanganui about April 25 to load a cargo of timber for Sydney. The Ihumata is due from Wanganui early in May to load timber for Mel bourne. WANGANUI’S NEW TUG. (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, April 13. The Wanganui Harbour Board’s* new tug “Khanui” arrived to-day from England, after a voyage of five months, in which very bad weather was experienced, the vessel having to shelter on several occasions. The tug, which cost £30,000, is very up-to-date, equipped with shivage and fire-fighting gear.
