Nomination fees must accompany all nominations. Nominations addressed to the Secretary, Kotuku, accompanied by past two years’ performances (if no performances in last two years then the last three starts). All nominations and performances must be in writing, otherwise will not be accepted. Chopping and Sawing Events under the Rules of the N.Z. Athletic, Cycling and Axemen’s Union. The decision of the Committee will in all cases be final and not amenable to action by law. The Committee may add to, delete from or postpone the programme if deemed necessary. Competitors and officials only will be admitted inside the sports arena. The Committee reserve the right to re-handicap any competitor on the day. Axemen and Sawyers must produce Registration Tickets or pay registration fee before starting. Fees charged are: Season ending July 31, 2/6; for day of sports only, 1/-. No axe or saw cut will be allowed on logs. Refreshments will be obtainable on the ground. Admission to grounds: Cents 2/-, Ladies 1/-.
