FIRE AT SYDNEY SYDNEY, Feb. 12.
Fire destroyed Lewis’s general store and Simpson and Company’s furniture shop in the city. The damage was £20,000.
BIGAMIST SENTENCED. SYDNEY, Feb. 11
Robertson, who was arrested on December 24, was sentenced to eighteen months’ imprisonment for bigamy. He was to have married a third girl tomorrow.
