MEETINGS

DRUIDISM. The annual meeting of the Royal Arch Chapter No. 9, of the Star of the West Lodge, was held in the Druids*’ Hall last night, a fair number being present. Royal Arch Druid Bro. Guy presided, and numerous Lodge questions were dealt with. The Chapter gave rulings on questions placed before it by Lodges in the district, these being satisfactorily received. The main business of the evening, the election of officers, resulted as follows: —P.R.A.R. Bro. Tennent J.; J.P.R.A.D. Bros. Guy J.; R.A.D. Bro. Booth J.; R.V.A.D. Bro. McGirr F.; R.A.S. Bro. Brown A.C.; R.A.F. Bro. Saunders J.; R.A'.G. Bro. Herring W.; R.A.D.B. Bro. Teasdale L.; R.A.D.B. Bro. Goodall J.; R.V.A.D.B. Bro. Tennent; R.V.A.D.B. Bro. Forrest F. After the election, the various officers were duly installed into their respective chairs, and an instructive evening was terminated. The enthusiasm shown augurs well for the .ensuing twelve months.
