Tlid Anniversary Ball at Ahaura on Friday proved itself to be the “ball of the season,” visitors being present from all parts of the Grey Valley. The JialL was gaily decorated with many gay colours and coloured lights thrown on the dancers . at intervals made a very pretty scene. Th 6 floor was in excellent order and was in the capable hands of Messrs M. Robinson and G. Hahn, while the music supplied by Miss Watson’s orchestra, left’ nothing to be desired.
