A TIMELY REMINDER.
The Grand National Raffle, which is offering 239 prizes of a total value of £5,000, with the princely sum of £3.150 for the first prize, will be drawn next month, and intending investors are reminded that no time should be lost in obtaining their tickets. £3,150 is a large sum of money—it means comfort and wealth for the rest of one’s life —and the chance of winning such a magnificent prize is too good to let slip by unheeded. There is an old saying: “Nothing venture, nothing win,” and by venturing the small sum of two .shillings and sixpence, one stands a chance of winning a real fortune.
