NEW PLYMOUTH RESULTS. (Per Pres* Association j . ; NEW PLYMOUTH, March 6. The New Plymouth Motor Cycle Sports were held to-day in splendid weather, the attendance being 4000. There were several falls during the day, Moller sustaining a broken nose. A feature was the riding of McCready, who consistently averaged 53 seconds per lap. Results Class B Handicap, of five laps. —A. Lemon (2f- A.J.S.) 15secs., 1; . J. A. Rose (2$ Chater-Lea), 2; A. L. Bunning (3£ H-R.D.), 15secs, 3. Ten starters. Won by three : quaters of a miile, with 250yds between second and third. No time taken, j Ansford Handicap (for machine up to 350 c.c.), six laps. —J. Crockett (2£ Chater-Lea), 25secs., 1; R. Jones (2| A.J.S.), 15secs., 2; L. Thorpe (2| Chater-Lea), lusecs., 3- Seven started. Won by 300 yards; thirty yards between second and third. Time 6.20j|. After passing the post, Thorpe and Jones collided. , Taranaki Open Handicap of ten laps, first prize £l9, second £9, third 7, fourth £2.—H. Moller (3£ Norton), 25 secs., 1; H. The race was restarted, only the placed men competing. A great race saw McCready snatch victory on the post by a foot. Time 10-36 2-5. k Weston Handicap (open to any-ma-chine),. eight laps.—H.
