Stars met, and defeated United yesterday, at the Recreation ground by 122 runs to 81. For the .winners, T. Mclntosh was the highest scorer. SCHOOL JUNIORS. On Saturday a team of junior boys from the, -Grey Main School motored but to Taylorville in charge of Mr O. W. Williams,;to try conclusions wßli the local 'School cricket team. An interesting game resulted B’n a win for Taylorville by. 94 runs to 56. A notable performance was put up by H. Hallinah, who scored 32 for the local boys, whose team included, some good_fast bowlers. The Grey Boys thoroughly enjoyed the outing, regaling themselves on blackberries after the match. Cheers were given for the local boys before departure on, the homeward journey.
