DR. LUTHER’S SUCCESS

BERLIN, January 19.
President Hindenburg, with a view to helping Dr. Luther in his Cabinet making, received the leaders of the various parties. He told them that a Government must be formed. The situation would be most serious if Dr. Luther failed.
Subsequently all the parties conferred with Dr.’ Luther. All the leaders agreed to his proposed Cabinet. It includes Doctor Kuelz, as Minister of the Interior.
