HPHE GREYMOUTH HARBOUR X BOARD hereby gives public notice that 142 Parcels (more or less) of Land, comprising the surface only ol sections at Dobson, Wallsend, Taylorville and Stillwater’ are now OPEN FOR SELECTION under the provisions of the Greymonth Harbour Board Act. 1884 Amendment Act, 1902, on a Leasehold Tenure for 21 years, commencing on the Ist January, 1926. Particulars of the land and the conditions of leasing may be inspected at the Board’s Office, Gresson Street, Greymouth. A duplicate of such particulars and conditions, with the exception of the value of the improvements and the arrears of rent, and the valuation fee, may be inspected at the Town Clerk’s Office at Wallsend, the Office of the Grey Valley Collieries, Ltd., Dobson, and at the Railway Station, Stillwater. Forms of application for leases may be obtained at any of the above places, where the particulars and conditions.of leasing may be inspected. Applications must be lodged at the Board’s Office before 4 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 11th day of December, 1925, and must be accompanied by the amount of any arrears of rent, any valuation fee, and the first year’s rent. In the event of there being more than one application for any parcel, the lease thereof will be submitted to public auction at an upset rental to be fixed by the Board, and with provision for the payment by the incoming tenant (if other than the present lessee) of valuation for improvements.
